NOTARIZED TRANSLATIONS

Notarized translation is the certification of the authenticity of an authorized translator’s signature and the possession by the translator of a translation authorization issued by the Ministry of Justice. This certification is carried out by a public notary by signing and stamping the translated document. In order for a translation to be notarized, it is necessary to present the original document to the notary and to comply with the notarization rules.

Notarized translation is used for official or international use of documents and is to guarantee the legality of the document by a state institution or an authority empowered to do so. The translation notarization process verifies whether the signature (signatures) and stamp (stamps) appearing on a document are authentic.

The process of notarizing translation does not verify or certify whether the document is correct and complete in terms of the content, nor does it approve the content of the document translated by the certifying institution.

In order for you to be as comfortable as possible, we also ensure the notarized legalization of all documents translated in our office, without incurring an extra charge for this service. You do not have to waste any more time searching for notary offices to notarize authorized translations, as we can help you notarize certified translations.

The authorized translation can be notarized in two ways:

– as a copy (most often): the translation is filed to the copy of the notarized document;

– as an original: the translation is filed to the original document.

Notarized legalization is required only when it comes to translating official documents issued by state institutions or other foreign countries.
